The Unicon600 single zone control unit is ideally suited for controlling temperature of heating systems up to 2300 Watts, 230Vac (single phase). This stand alone unit comprises a PID controller, ON/OFF switch, solidstate relay and protective fuse in a sturdy metal enclosure.

Features:
- softstart - user programmable, superior exponential algorithm, variable time allows sufficient drying time to lengthen element life.
- manual operation - can be switched to manual control should a thermocouple fail, automatic switchover can be pre-programmed
- connector plug is fitted to the rear of the enclosure (5 pin female connector for element and sensor wires).
- PID temperature control switching up to 10A
- Solid state relay switching with ultra rapid fuse and snubber circuit protection
- Self-tuning with power limitation for determination of optimal PID parameters.
- Manual / Automatic control.
