![]() | The compact GTT series of power solid state relays with heatsink has been designed for very accurate control of rapidly changing process variables. Typical applications are heating systems with low thermal inertia (air heaters, medium wave infrared emitters…). In contrast to conventional Solidstate Relays which are activated by a logic signal, the GTT series is activated by an analog signal (0-10V or (0)4-20mA). |
| This results in a dynamically optimized time cycle which reduces the thermal flicker caused by pulsing of conventional SSRs. The GTT can be used in three-phase systems, using master-slave control architecture in which the control signal drives only one GTT (master) which then supplies the synchronizing signal to the other two units (slaves). Whether a unit operates as master or slave depends merely on the way it is connected. A 24Vac 1.5VA power source is required. GTT consist of a DIN-rail mounting heatsink and a replaceable solid state relay (GT). | |
