- Tank must be concave.
- Overall dimensions -radius of tank 215, length 1325mm
- Soft & even heat distribution is critical.
- Heating elements must be encapsulated that the flammable wax can not penetrate and cause a fire hazard.

The wax bath was specially designed to fit snuggly under the printing roller which is immersed into the wax. A level switch keeps the wax at optimum fill level.
A 3-phase supply to the elements is accurately controlled via a Gefran 600 PID controller switching the elements rapidly via Gefran GTS solidstate relays (SSRs) keeping the wax continuously on the right temperature.
