GT Solidstate relays without heatsinks (replacement part for GTT)

They offer high durability where a high number of switching operations or a fast switching speed is required. Further benefits are resistance to mechanical shock or vibration, moisture and dust as well as silent operation, maintenance free service and reduction of electromagnicetic noise.

- Partialization on wave train power with dynamically optimized time cycle
- Antiparallel double SCR
- 2 led for supply indication, "ON" state, 1 optional LED for load interrupt alarm
- 4000V isolated between input circuit and power output
- MOV (varistor)
- Optional monitoring of interrupted load
