What is it all about?
The focus of the workshop is to assist maintenance staff to do fault finding and to improve operation of heating processes.
Outcomes:
Participants will gain insight into the functioning of heating elements, temperature sensors, solidstate relays and temperature controllers.
In a practical, hands-on tutorial they will learn how to identify faults and how to wire up thermocouples correctly. The course also covers actors affecting accuracy and reliable performance of temperature sensors and controls.
